The Newborn Sparkler

Feel reborn after toasting with this bubbling cocktail to a new year and a new you. Pair this sweet Italian style sparkling wine with hazelnut liqueur and cinnamon. Happy New Year, baby!

Ingredients:

Spumante
Frangelico
Cinnamon extract
Cinnamon stick

Add 1 tablespoon Frangelico and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon extract to champagne flute. Slowly fill flute with chilled Spumante. Add cinnamon stick (be sure stick is submerged) to start sparkler and serve immediately.
